| Weekly / multi-day limit | 8U-12U: max 105 pitches over 2 days and 125 over 3 days. 13U-18U: max 125 over 2 days and 150 in a single event. |
| Finish the batter at max? | Yes. A pitcher who reaches the daily max mid at-bat may finish that batter, and rest is set by the final count. |
| How rest days are counted | A day of rest is a calendar day, not a 24-hour period. |

| Notes | Tournament rules for Western WA, Eastern WA (Bullpen Series) and Columbia River (Vancouver, WA area) events. Top Tier League regular-season games are different: 105 pitches/day max, no required rest days, and Pitch Smart is strongly recommended (2026 League Handbook, https://toptiersports.net/wp-content/uploads/2025/10/Top-Tier-Sports-2026-League-Handbook-Updated-10-13-25.pdf). Name ambiguity: "Top Tier Baseball" (toptierwins.com) is a national club-team program, not a tournament operator, and "Top Tier Tournaments" (Central Texas) has a site last updated in 2020. Neither publishes pitching rules here. |
When can they pitch again? Add every day they pitched (tournaments often start Thursday).
Rest days are calendar days after the game date, so 3 days of rest after a Tuesday outing means eligible Saturday. Consecutive-day, multi-day and event caps are applied where the rule states numbers; anything else is listed as not calculated.
How many pitches can they throw on a given day, after their recent outings?
